Measuring Impacts: Where We Stand and Where We Need to Go
Measuring impact is a perennial problem — attribution is always a challenge and with more organizations providing services, how credit for impact gets shared is becoming increasingly complicated. We’ll consider what is needed to measure impact, review common metrics and their appropriateness, look at the differences between approaches and capture all of it for future publication. Finally, we’ll also develop a list of issues that require further work and identify who might best move those issues forward.
