Betsy McCaw serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, where she oversees a wide range of projects that enhance CICP’s effectiveness and advances the organization’s overall mission. Ms. McCaw is also serving as President of the 16 Tech Community Corporation Inc., the entity overseeing the development of the 16 Tech innovation district in downtown Indianapolis. She has an impressive background that includes corporate growth and turnaround management, nonprofit management, venture capital and private equity investment. She most recently served as an independent consultant focused on strategy, organizational development and program scale-up management in education reform. Ms. McCaw has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
