Kelly Ramirez is the CEO of Social Enterprise Greenhouse (SEG), and has taught/teaches Social Enterprise at the University of Michigan Business School, RISD, Salve Regina, Providence College and at Brown University’s Leadership Institute. Previously, Ms. Ramierz directed the Social Enterprise Initiative at the William Davidson Institute (WDI and consulted with organizations including Aid to Artisans, the Ford Foundation, the European Commission, USAID and Roche. She served in the Foreign Service and as a Peace Corps volunteer. She was named a Woman to Watch by the PBN, is a 2014 BALLE Fellow, and serves on the Rhode Island Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors. Ms. Ramierz received Masters of Arts degrees in Public Policy and Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
